The Story:
Yu Takigawa of “Air Master,” with Cleveland Browns brown home gear. I'm also trying out a new style for these as some have expressed concern over the "PJ Style" that I've done before.

0.7mm Pencil, Paint Tool SAI, Photoshop CS6

My Take:
This is the first time I’ve attempted this character. There really isn’t that much to tell about her besides her being a friend of the main character. I decided on Yu here randomly as I needed somebody to fill this spot, and I thought it would be cool to give her a try.  

What I Like Most:
At first I didn’t like that smile she had, the sketch part was good, but there was something I felt that wasn’t quite right with it. I worked at it, and now I think it’s the best part of this one. I can thank Avril Lavigne for this idea, I saw her with a pose very similar to this, and I wouldn’t have thought of trying it if I didn’t see that. I thought her hair was going to give me a problem, but I hung in there and it came out pretty well. Her hands look pretty good as well, since it’s always a sore spot for me, I have to brag about it whenever they work out well.

What I Dislike Most:
I wasn’t able to get a good read on what color her eyes are. This seemed to be the color, or at least close enough that I could get away with it. I was too indecisive when I put the logo in the background, there was the regular helmet, and the bulldog…for some reason I had a hard time deciding between the two.

Final Thoughts:
I appreciate all the favorites my drawings get, and I always will, but I like feedback as well. You don’t have to be afraid, I welcome feedback (as long as it’s a logical take). I’m interested in what you think about this. I won’t twist your arm, or put a gun to your head about this, so if you don’t comment, that’s fine too. I am enjoying doing this project, and it’s introduced me to some characters, and a few series that I may have never attempted on my own.
